- The ticket is valid only for the booked date.
- The tour is wheelchair accessible and Tower Pier has step-free access.
- Children under 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- The tour starts and ends at Tower Pier (this is not a hop-on hop-off service).
- Present your printed or electronic ticket to an Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff member.
