· Please have your confirmation voucher with you for a smooth experience.
Please download the Audio App as soon as you receive instructions via email or WhatsApp, 24 hours before your visit . To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend downloading everything using a Wi-Fi connection before your visit. Instructions will be sent to the contact details provided during booking.
· For the best experience with our multilingual Audio App, please bring your own headphones.
To avoid crowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your booked time . Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry. You'll easily recognize our staff on-site by their yellow vests with the word "ACCORD" written on them.
· It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
· Re-entry is not permitted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
· Please note that tickets offer a reserved timed entry to the Accademia Gallery and the Uffizi Gallery and failure to match the entry time with the booking date may result in refusal of access to the monument.
To avoid crowds, please arrive on time. Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry.
· For security reasons, there are security checks at the entrance.
Your ticket allows you to skip the ticket line, but please note that there is still a mandatory security check to enter the Accademia Gallery and the Uffizi Gallery. At peak times, the security check line takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
Our Audio Apps are available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Korean, Dutch, Hungarian, and Greek.
· Every first Sunday of the month, the museum follows regular opening hours and admission is free for everyone.

Head towards the entrance of the Galleria dell'Accademia and, at Via Ricasoli 57, right in front of the Carrefour Express supermarket, you will find our on-site staff, easily recognizable by their yellow vests with the word "ACCORD" written on them.

Uffizi Gallery 3:00 PM - Piazzale degli Uffizi, 42, 50122 Florence, Italy

Arrive at the Uffizi Gallery 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry . Look for our staff on site, easily recognizable by their yellow vests with the word "ACCORD." They will be located on the corner of the Uffizi Gallery ticket office and Via Lambertesca, right next to the statue of Benvenuto Cellini. Once you have located our staff, they will hand you your tickets. You can then enter through Door No. 1 and begin your visit.
